25 September – 1 October 2026
Significant additional information was requested this week for the 741-home scheme at Fosterstown North. The request came on 30 September after further details arrived on the 28th. A new application seeks to convert the brewery building on Well Road into a 24-bedroom hotel. Nineteen sales reached the register alongside three fresh listings. Forty bus runs were cancelled on Swords routes.
Four additions were made to existing points on the map this week, two of them to trees. A new photograph was added of a mature pedunculate oak showing its broad canopy, lobed leaves and developing acorns. The Bottle Filling Station received several new images, including close-ups of the digital counter on its green panel. Lana Bell's Lane was documented with further views of the construction fencing and the green sign marking the path.

Fourteen new civic reports were raised this week, up from one the previous week. Graffiti accounted for five, with tree and grass maintenance and litter and dumping each at four. One report noted branches left behind after trees were trimmed, while an existing road defect report about a path washed away by rain received an update.

Nineteen sales reached the register this week alongside three new listings, up from a combined 16 the week before. The highest asking price was €745,000 for a house on Blackthorn Place, Kettles Lane; the lowest recorded sale was €270,000 at St Fintans, North St Swords. Flynn listed the house on Blackthorn Place, M&F a semi-detached on Hawthorn Park for €495,000, and Redmond a property on Castleview Drive for €395,000.
