23–29 October 2026
Lands to the rear of Rosario and 51 Saint Anthony’s had their 15-apartment application appealed this week. Permission had already been granted when the appeal was lodged on 27 October. A Flag Pole and a new place were added to the map. Four new civic reports were raised, three about road defects. Eleven sales reached the register, the highest a recorded €735,000 on Glen Ellan Close. Air over Swords stayed in the Good band all week. Forty-three bus runs were cancelled, up from 36 the week before.
Two new points went onto the map this week and one addition was made to an existing tree. A Flag Pole object was added, and so was a new place.

Four new reports were raised this week, three of them about road defects. Twelve updates were made to existing reports, more than double the previous week. Among the open cases receiving attention were a recurring drainage problem leaving paths mucky with silt, briars encroaching on a path, and traffic lights that were out.

Eleven sales reached the register this week and four new homes were listed. The highest was a recorded sale on Glen Ellan Close at €735,000; the lowest was a listing for an apartment at Castle Hall for €260,000. A semi-detached house on Applewood Main Street appeared at €375,000 through M&F.
